iPad technology is bringing about dramatic changes in juror presentation from trial attorneys at the San Diego Superior Court. Although, it is not systemic among the court houses, several in Southern California have jumped on the band wagon...and gone are the days of giant poster boards.
Now prosecutors can display key items to the jurors via iPad technology. As Deputy District Attorney David Grapilon says "It's for photos, diagrams, text documents or anything you want the jury to see that is written."
